Outpatient Services

Outpatient services offers mental health treatment through individual, couples and family counseling services, as well as therapy groups and educational workshops to address various topics like parenting, grief, relationships, anxiety, depression and substance use.

The at-large mental wellness support program provides mental health referrals and supplemental funding to citizens living outside the Chickasaw Nation.

Ada, Pauls Valley, Purcell:

Chickasaw citizens
Citizens of a federally recognized tribe
Chickasaw Nation employees
Immediate family members involved in family therapy where the eligible First American or Chickasaw Nation employee is the identified patient

Oklahoma City:

Chickasaw citizens
Chickasaw Nation employees
Immediate family members involved in family therapy where the eligible citizen or Chickasaw Nation employee is the identified patient

Kingston:

Students enrolled at the Chickasaw Children’s Village

At-large:

Chickasaw citizens

Zero Suicide is a commitment to suicide prevention in health and behavioral health systems. It is both a concept and a practice being implemented by the Chickasaw Nation.
