Outpatient

A variety of services are offered at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center (CNMC) and three satellite clinics located throughout Chickasaw Nation boundaries for convenient access to citizens all over the state of Oklahoma. Outpatient services provide holistic and preventative physical and mental health care.

Audiology

The audiology program provides services in the diagnosis of hearing loss and ear disorders.

This program helps Chickasaw citizens who have been injured or seriously ill understand their treatment options.

Connecting Kids to Health Care Coverage

Chickasaw citizens and other First American families with children ages 19 and under can receive help finding affordable health care choices.

Dental

Patients must have an appointment to enter any Chickasaw Nation Department of Health (CNDH) facility. Walk-in appointments are not available.

Denture Program

The denture program provides one pair of dentures per qualified individual once every five years, including fitting, adjustments and repairs.

Emergency Department

The newly renovated Chickasaw Nation Emergency Department (ED) is staffed with highly trained medical professionals and the latest in medical technology.

Eyeglasses and Contacts Program

Eligible citizens can receive an allowance of $300 toward contact lenses or one pair of glasses every two years.

Health Spending Account (HSA)

Tribal citizens have control of when and where health care services are obtained.

Hearing Aid Program

Chickasaw citizens can apply for a new pair of hearing aids every three years.

Medicare Part D Prescription Plans

Chickasaw citizens eligible to participate in a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan may request unbiased assistance with enrollment in the most suitable plan per their individual needs.

Native and Non-Native Spouse Prescription Program

Prescription drug assistance for First Americans and non-First American spouses with active private or Medicare Part D Prescription Insurance (federally recognized tribes only).

Optometry Services

An integral part of the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health, optometry provides services in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and the promotion of eye health.

Outpatient Services

Outpatient services offers mental health treatment through individual, couples and family counseling services, as well as therapy groups and educational workshops to address various topics
