The pharmacy department provides patients with prescription services, medication reconciliation services, a medication take-back program for any unwanted medications and medication therapy counseling on any prescription or over-the-counter product. Pharmacists also counsel on how medications interact with patient-specific illnesses. Pharmacists are available during pharmacy hours to answer questions about common disease states and to offer provider-referred clinic appointments with services to help patients manage medications for anticoagulation, diabetes, dyslipidemia and hypertension.
