Improving the quality of life for Chickasaw citizens and First Americans is at the core of this system of services, offering the best in holistic patient care. Explore the buttons below to find detailed information about the many cutting-edge resources and innovative services tailored to meet the health care needs of the community.

These services are designed to meet the overall health and wellness needs to improve access to top care and enhance the quality of life for the following:

  • First American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) descent of a federally recognized tribe.
  • Non-Indian woman pregnant with an eligible Indian's child as verified through a properly completed statement of eligibility. Services following delivery are generally limited to six weeks postpartum.
  • Non-Indian stepchild, adopted child, foster child, legal ward or orphan of an eligible Indian’s parent.
  • Ineligible individuals needing stability in a medical emergency per EMTALA guidelines.

Virtual visits are facilitated using the Mend app to offer a web-based audio/video telecommunication physician-patient appointment service.
