Medical imaging seeks to reveal and diagnose disease as well as assess treatment responses.
Imaging services at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center (CNMC) offers a full range of medical imaging options, including a CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and mammography. Core needle and stereotactic biopsies of the breast and fine needle aspiration biopsies of the thyroid are also offered.
Ultrasound, X-ray and mammography services are offered at the Ardmore, Purcell and Tishomingo Health Clinics.
Imaging services maintains state-of-the-art digital diagnostic equipment as well as highly-skilled, registered technologists in all locations.
All images are interpreted by, and biopsies are performed by, experienced board certified radiologists.
