The Chickasaw Nation offers physical therapy in its outpatient clinics in Ardmore, Purcell, Tishomingo and the Ada wellness center. Physical therapy services can treat a wide variety of patients for musculoskeletal injuries, back and neck pain, post-op rehabilitation, gait and balance problems and wound care. Physical therapy treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Patients must have proof of enrollment in a federally recognized tribe and a prescription for physical therapy.
