Clinical Dietetics

Proper nutrition has a significant influence on overall health. Establishing a healthy diet can help prevent or balance many health issues and avoid many other risk factors. Chickasaw Nation clinical dietitians provide nutrition counseling to promote good health with the therapeutic use of diet in the management of disease. Dietitians also offer advice on helping individuals make positive lifestyle changes with moderation, balance and variety.

Our clinical dietitians can help with weight management, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, gastrointestinal diseases, food allergies, prenatal and childhood nutrition and food assistance programs.
