Join us on the road to better health! The Inchokma “Feel Well, Be Well” mobile unit (IMU) offers tailored preventative health care services, empowering community members to live happier and healthier lives by providing one-on-one care and wellness consultations outside of clinical settings with walk-in availability at multiple locations each month.
The unit provides services in a self-contained mobile clinic fully licensed and operated by trained professionals.
The Chickasaw Nation Department of Public Health and Research expands access to health and wellness resources with this mobile clinic. The IMU offers basic prevention and primary care services to eligible patients in their own communities.
Patients are not required to pre-register. Patrons must be eligible patients of the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health and must present a valid ID at the time of the appointment.
Preventative health care services are provided to patients in all stages of life. Services may include: wellness screenings and exams, sports physicals, overall chronic disease management, patient and family education and intervention and immunizations.
About the IMU: Inchokma is a custom-built 40-foot mobile medical unit equipped with two clinic rooms, testing and laboratory space, medical-grade vaccine cold storage, bathroom, wheelchair lift, X-ray unit and workstation.
