Medical Family Therapy

Medical family therapy is a unique approach to overall health that addresses the biological, psychological, social and spiritual health of patients and their families in a medical setting. Medical family therapists provide patients with an opportunity to connect to resources that may aid in improving overall quality of life. The medical family therapist is part of the care team, which also includes medical providers, nursing staff and case managers.
