Chickasaw Nation Tribal Health is available to support citizens with their health care needs. Chickasaw citizens can use this resource to help navigate programs, determine eligibility and receive assistance in finding proper health care providers and services.

Resource Assistance
This service is designed to assist citizens with medical expenses when all other resources have been exhausted and to serve as a supplement to contract health services that provide necessary medical services for the ongoing care from the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health (CNDH) to maximize medical care.
The program assists tribal citizens with unmet medical services, dental services and durable medical equipment (DME) up to $5,000 annually.

The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health offers a variety of programs and services at several convenient locations throughout our 13-county jurisdictional boundaries. The Chickasaw Nation Medical Center (CNMC) is located in Ada, Oklahoma, and outlying clinics are located in Ardmore, Purcell and Tishomingo. The program does not cover services that are provided within the CNDH.
