Chickasaw citizens eligible to participate in a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan may request unbiased assistance with enrollment in the most suitable plan per their individual needs. Patient Benefit Assistants (PBAs) with the Chickasaw Nation are available to answer questions and help with applications.

Deadlines:

• If you already have a Medicare D plan, the plan cannot be changed until open enrollment begins in October.
• If you are Medicare eligible, and do NOT have an active Medicare D plan, there is no deadline to apply; although Medicare encourages annual open enrollment beginning in October.
