WIC FMNP: WIC participants can ask about their benefits at any of the Chickasaw Nation WIC clinics starting June 1, during their regular scheduled appointments.
SFMNP: Qualifying participants can inquire about their benefits at the Ada Nutrition Center, Ardmore Nutrition Center, Duncan Nutrition Center, Tishomingo Nutrition Center or the Purcell Nutrition Center starting June 1.
WFVP: Chickasaw citizens currently participating in the Chickasaw Nation Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition program are already enrolled in the Winter Fruit and Vegetable program and may visit one of our nutrition centers located in Ada, Ardmore, Duncan, Purcell and Tishomingo to receive their fruit and vegetable package. Sites in Tulsa, Colbert and Oklahoma City also served on select dates, please reach out for times and information about those locations.
