Chickasaw Nation Tribal Health Case Management

This program provides Chickasaw citizens the information needed to make informed decisions about their health care. Case managers advocate for patients, educate citizens about available resources, facilitate appointments and more. Staff are able to help by:

  • Advocating for patients
  • Educating about available resources
  • Facilitating and attending appointments
  • Serving as liaisons between Chickasaw Nation departments, local agencies, service units, private and public health care facilities
  • Evaluating insurance resources to coordinate benefits
  • Following up on customer service issues
  • Preparing paperwork for tribal health programs
